Growth
The estate known as Il Forno emerges from the lush Tuscan countryside spanning 370 acres, teeming with diverse wildlife. Transferred from the Monastero Santa Scolastica Roma, in the late 1970s, ownership of the estate shifted to the Baldi Stefanini family. Situated 900 meters (3,300 feet) above sea level in the Apennine Mountains of Tuscany, just north of Florence Il Forno remains an untouched natural sanctuary ensconced within verdant forests and meadows on the slopes of Alto Mugello.
